About Earthscape maps
At the moment, no. All of our new designs have been through a long process and evaluation. We have carefully chosen the designs and tested and tweaked them until they fit our high quality standards. That also means that we love how they look on print. That is why we do not offer any customized options as we cannot guarantee the final result would fit our high quality standards.
Absolutely! Please contact us at email@example.com and let us know what message should be displayed on your map. We are happy to change it.
Currently, we don't offer frames on our website, but we can create a custom order for you if you wish to have your prints framed by us. If you would like to inquire about framing, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information and we will send you a custom quote that includes shipping: > What prints you would like framed, how many, and in what size? > Would you like black or white frames? > What is the delivery address?
My Earthscape Map order
Yes and no! If you for some reason have a change of heart and want to cancel your order make sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order before it has been printed and shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been printed or shipped.
As customized items are, by law, not subject to returns, we usually do not accept returns when the items are neither faulty nor damaged. BUT we understand that each case is different so please get in touch with us via email@example.com if you have any problems with your received print. We unfortunately, do not offer free returns, and do not cover shipping costs.
We are sad to hear that your order is not in the perfect condition we always strive to deliver. This is really something we try our best to prevent by using the best shipping and delivery partners possible. However, sometimes accidents do occur during shipping. Please send us a photo of the damaged poster and the box it arrived in to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will produce and ship a new one as soon as possible.
If for some reason the address is incorrect, write us an email to email@example.com as fast as possible so that we can change the address. However, be aware that we cannot change the address once the product has been printed or shipped from our production site!
In order to minimize damage in transport, we ship all of our prints rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes.
Shipping & delivery
Earthscape Maps offers free Normal shipping to the U.S. and Canada. To countries in the EU shipping costs are $10, for the rest of the world there is shipping charge of $15.
We use DHL for all deliveries but shipping times can vary depending in where you want your Earthscape Maps to be delivered. Please note that these times are estimates. USA and Canada: Normal shipping options are estimated to arrive between 4-10 business days, including production time. Rest of the world: Normal shipping options are estimated to arrive between 10-20 business days, including production time. So make sure to order in time and choose the shipping that fits you.
Santas little helpers are working around the clock keeping the printers running and the reindeers ready. However, if you want to make sure that you get your order in time for your celebrations make sure to order before the deadlines below. We use DHL for all deliveries but shipping times can vary depending on where you want your Earthscape Map to be delivered. USA & Canada Deadlines Normal Shipping: 15th of December (23:59 CET); EU Orders Deadlines Normal Shipping: 14th of December (23:59 CET); Australia & Rest of the world Deadlines Normal Shipping: 12th of December (23:59 CET)
Definitely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail including a tracking link for you to follow your order. So please make sure to use an e-mail address that is correct. If you realize you wrote down an incorrect e-mail contact us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you out!
Yes we do. Please note that we only accept credit cards containing a logo from either Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Additionally, we accept PayPal.
